This Payments and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, and returns for products purchased from Wholesale House through our website, mobile application, or other sales channels.
By making a purchase from Wholesale House, you agree to be bound by this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified policy.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)
- Debit Cards
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - subject to availability and order value limits
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization, except for Cash on Delivery orders which are processed upon confirmation.
For online payments, you will receive an email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed. If there are any issues with your payment, we will notify you via email or phone.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent payment or if the payment authorization fails.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on our platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.
We strive to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate. However, in case of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout before payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our Return Policy.
To cancel an order, you can use the cancellation option in your account or contact our customer service team.
For perishable items (like fresh food products), cancellation may be restricted once the order is confirmed due to the nature of the products.
For Cash on Delivery orders, if you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to recover the shipping costs incurred.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged and must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
- You must have the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, etc.)
- Personal care items (once opened)
- Undergarments and intimate wear
- Products with broken seals
- Customized or personalized products
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or use the return option in your account.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- UPI: 1-3 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item delivered).
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability and the same conditions as our Return Policy.
If the exchanged product is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team or use the exchange option in your account.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity period and minimum order value.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
